Care Program Initiative (CPI) grew out of a commitment to supporting vulnerable children, young people and families, inspired by years of working with vulnerable communities and witnessing the challenges they face. Through this experience, the founder recognised the need to go beyond temporary assistance and create opportunities for lasting change.
CPI was formally registered as a Community-Based Organization in Kenya in December 2025. Since then, it has focused on empowering single and teen mothers, supporting vulnerable youth, promoting entrepreneurship, providing skills and employment opportunities, nurturing young talent and responding to urgent community needs.
Although still a young organization, CPI is building a foundation for sustainable community development, with a vision of helping individuals and families overcome poverty, regain dignity and become financially independent.

Today, CPI is supporting single mothers to establish small businesses, helping young people access startup capital and employment, providing business loans through our Opportunity Fund, and creating opportunities for teen mothers and talented young people. We have also establish Neema Farm as a source of sustainable livelihoods and responding to urgent needs such as food, rent and medical assistance.
We remain a small organization operating with limited resources, largely supported by the founder's personal commitment and contributions from well-wishers.
We may be small today, but we are building something meaningful: an organization that turns compassion into opportunity and helps people move from dependence towards self-reliance.
