We believe sustainable change begins by equipping people with skills, support, mentorship, and opportunities that help them build better futures for themselves and their communities.
Our approach focuses on practical empowerment through entrepreneurship, vocational skills, creative arts, food security, mentorship, and community support initiatives.

Mothers Empowerment & Family Stability Program (MEFSP)
The Mothers Empowerment & Family Stability Program supports widows and single mothers facing financial hardship. The program provides entrepreneurship training, small business startup support, mentorship, and community support groups that help mothers generate income and support their families.
In extreme cases where families lack safe shelter, CPI may also provide housing support by assisting families to secure rental housing, purchase small plots of land, or construct simple homes to ensure children grow up in stable and secure environments.

Youth Micro-Business Startup Program
The Youth Micro-Business Startup Program supports unemployed youth by helping them start small businesses through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and startup capital.
By encouraging entrepreneurship, the program helps young people become job creators while contributing to local economic development.
Skills & Vocational Training Support Program
Skills & Vocational Training Support Program
The Skills & Vocational Training Support Program provides vulnerable youth with practical vocational training that improves their chances of employment or self-employment.
Participants are supported to gain skills in trades such as tailoring, carpentry, beauty services, electrical work, and digital skills.
Youth Talent & Creative Arts Development Program
Youth Talent & Creative Arts Development Program
The Youth Talent & Creative Arts Development Program identifies and nurtures creative talents among youth in areas such as music, dance, poetry, and visual arts.
The program provides mentorship, training opportunities, and platforms for youth to showcase their talents and develop creative careers.
